Credit card with Millennium Bank

Is anyone using Millennium Bank? I have an account with them with the help of Anchorless. It seems to be a pretty good institution.
I am having difficulty getting debt cards. I don’t know if it is because we are still in the US. Every time I reach out to the bank, I get a quick response about ordering gift cards, and that we need to be in Portugal. But that is not what I am asking for.

Any one know what I am doing wrong? or if a solution is on hold until my wife and I mover to Portugal?

Normally, all you have to do is log on to your personal space on the bank’s website and you can request it - it’s free!
If that doesn’t work, send an e-mail to support@anchorless.io and we’ll put you straight through to someone.

I asked for 1 card and received it personally 10 days later without speaking to anyone!
