Using a tax consultant for council tax and imi etc

for those of us who purchased property - any one have any experience with tax consultants and or suggestions.
we are using APTC

and they charge 300/euro a year for the service - not terrible but wanted to see how other handle it - and or if we are just wasting money - the issue is getting the notices in a timely fashion as they never come to the right place - so we found a company more helpful.

curious as others experience…

I’ve never used a service like this, but you should know that in Portugal it’s very easy to get fined and that the rules for the NHR, for example, are not very clear and that what you find online is in 75% of cases inapplicable or false!
